Market Risk Disclosure
Integrity Investing clients should be aware that there are unforeseen risks that could affect the financial market and the price
Integrity Investing clients should be aware that there are unforeseen risks that could affect the financial market and the price or value of any security for a variety of reasons outside of Integrity Investing’s control and unforeseen by its investing methods, including, but not limited to, changes in the macroeconomic environment, unpredictable market sentiment, forecasted or unforeseen economic developments, interest rates, regulatory changes, and domestic or foreign political, demographic, or social events.
This brief statement does not disclose all of the risks and other significant aspects of investing in financial markets.
System Risk Disclosure
Overall, in the timeframe in which the Integrity Investing system has been backtested the results have beat the overall market.
There have been years where the system has beat the market by a substantial amount. There have also been years where the system has underperformed compared to the market including some serious drawdowns (50-60% in the Accelerated Tailwinds portfolio) when the market had a relatively flat year.
This system is best used as a long-term approach to investing as we seek to beat the market over the course of a decade or longer rather than in a year or two. Short term results can be quite negative at times and have been at times in the past. Investors should understand this risk and accept this risk before having Integrity Investing manage their funds.
