Integrity Investing LLC does not sell your personal information and does not share it for marketing. This notice explains what we collect, who we share it with, and how we protect it. It applies to current and former clients.

 

What we collect

We collect nonpublic personal information that you give us or that we receive while managing your accounts, such as:

• Name, address, phone number, email address

• Social Security number and date of birth

• Income, assets, net worth, investment experience and goals

• Account numbers, balances, holdings and transaction history

We get this information from your advisory agreement, account forms, conversations with you, and your custodian, Charles Schwab.

 

Who we share it with

We share your information only as the law permits, and only as needed to serve you:

• Your custodian (Charles Schwab), to open and service your accounts, place trades and bill fees

• Service providers we use to run the firm, such as email, e-signature, scheduling, video meeting and file storage providers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

• Regulators and others as required by law, such as the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation, or in response to a subpoena or court order

• People you authorize, such as your accountant or attorney, when you ask us to

Integrity Investing has no affiliates. We do not share your information with outside companies for their own marketing. Because we don't share in ways that require your permission, you don't need to opt out of anything.

 

How we protect it

• Only the firm's adviser has access to your information.

• We use multifactor authentication, encrypted cloud storage and up-to-date security software.

• We keep records as long as regulations require, then dispose of them securely.

 

Changes to this notice

If we change how we share your information, we will send you an updated notice before the change takes effect.
